To register, you'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, a valid email address, and a National ID (NID) or passport. Registration is completely free and takes just 3–5 minutes. A clear photo will need to be uploaded for identity (KYC) verification.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms your identity, strengthens account security, and protects your financial transactions. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. While you can deposit without KYC, it is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
